Hi,

I checked the forum but couldnot find an answer to the following: In the EPG I can select 'morning', 'afternoon', etc., but not the day. In other words, I can only see the EPG of 'today'. The information for the next days has been downloaded.

BTW: I live in Europe, using the European EPG.

Tnx for help.

Regards,
Gh

Chris,

Join the club! My EPG has the same problem since two days. I have reported it at the Philips iPronto-Helpdesk (the Netherlands) yesterday. For them it's a new problem, so they promised to call me back on this soon.
As soon I have an answer from them, I will let you know, o.k.?

Greetings,
Kees

Yes, please let me know. Do you think it is wise if I call the helpdesk as well?

Regards,
Chris

Hello! I just wanted to post a message about this issue and then I saw you were faster! Would you please post Philips' answer in this forum. Thanks! I use the iPronto since Dec. 24 but have never had a possibility to choose the day.

Hi,
This morning I took my iPronto and saw that the EPG works normally again! I can select days.

Are your problems solved too?

Kees.

Hi, mine's fine again as well. Apparently they solved something on their end, I did nothing...

Regs.

I had similar problems, for time to time my EPG has the same problems as discibed. For me a simple reset (with a looong waiting) resolves the problem. I can select days again.

Welkom zappernl,

Fijn om ook eens een nederlandse gebruiker aan te treffen op deze site. Was jouw reset niet simpel een toevalstreffer? Ik heb 'm destijds meerdere malen gereset, doch zonder resultaat.

Groeten,
Kees van der Meer
