What is up with all the negative posts on the iPronto? Mine does exactly what I tell it to do, sure it has some minor firmware bugs that will be eventually worked out But I have not ever been locked out, faulty page jumps, dead battery problems, or anything like what I am reading here. Is this what is to come for me? I have programmed using the iPronto database, as well learning commands from my other remotes and really have no compliants to date.
I cannot believe I am the only happy iPronto owner, is anyone else out there happy with their iPronto?

Overall I am happy but I don't like:

1. Having to force a firmware update every few weeks because the unit takes hours to boot up.
2. Losing sound if I press buttons too fast. Sometimes turning the unit off then on fixes this but sometimes a reset is required.
3. Having to press and hold buttons for just a little bit in order to get the codes to work.

Only got mine this afternoon so very early days. So far however, I am delighted with it. I have dome just about everything on it including a firmware update, epg setup, set web pages etc and it has behaved like a dream.

Only slight niggle at the moment is that it will not see my wirelkess netwro to set up DHCP. I have to use manual seettings. Very strange. Any ideas anyone?

Very happy so far but as I say very early days. I'm gonna play with this lots over the next few weeks to ensure it is something I want to keep.

Mine works fine as well, no problems found. I would like to see java working in the web browser so I can view any web site but I heard they might be working on that in a future firmware update.
