I am having another problem with this remote. I am getting an error scince i upgraded to the Ipronto Edit 2.2. The error reads:
The Ipronto Configuration File could not be found. Please download the file from IProntoEdit again. Invalid Page Jump. Please check your IPronto Configuration File and download it again.
I have three other configurations that will no longer download. please help.

I have also tried it on threee different computers with the same result.

Have you tried to re-initialize the entire unit? Set the download flag and have it re-download everything and try it again.

I am new to this but I ran into that problem too. Check each instance of page jumps on everp page, you may have deleted a page that is being called by a "next page" button or a page jump from the home page.
