Possibly you need to recalibrate the screen, if you cant do that then you will probably have to reboot by pressing your stylus tip in that hole behind the ipronto table stand.
Good Luck!

Two other things could help, first try to download the original .icf from your computer to the ipronto.
Hopefully the screen will work enough to prompt you for permission. second go to the setup screen if it works and download the latest system files. All of this assumes that you have 802.11b network installed and working. It takes about 20 minutes to upgrade but the new system files have made a huge difference in the way ipronto works. I Love mine it is a piece of engineering to be proud of.

Original icf is the default.icf in your iprontoedit software, you should be using V2.2 and it will download to your pronto by pressing File, download to ipronto. This will all take about 5 minutes through your wirless Lan. remember the ipronto must be on and not sleeping when you do this. You should get a good idea of how to do all of this by reading pp. 41 and 42 of your owners manual.
Good Luck!

Sounds like your network settings aren't working yet.
