I think they made it pretty clear that they didn't have the intention of posting answers to questions here. If you have a specific question or problem that you would like answered by Philips themselves use the direct link they gave you
http://www.pronto.philips.com, and fill out the form. Hopefully you'll get an answer back from someone other than their phone tech support! (kidding!) The answer that you got (that worked)probably would have been the same from them.
