I thought you guys might want to take a look at the future of remote controls.

Philips was going in the right direction with the IPRONTO but the tabletPc is the future
Ive always said that the tabletPc will be hot once the prices start to drop.

Then they will be as common as the telephone..

anyhow, here are two links one is Nevo and the other a Cnet video of NEVO..
My point is that they'll be lots of software out for the pda and TabletPc from different companies.
Lots to choose from too...

But no matter how easy it is to program the client will always need a custom electronics guy to program them...lol...

So hopefully we'll always have work...

just my 2 cents...

Yuck, looks just as bad as the PDA version. Have you been to the PDA forum, everyone with an ipaq with NEVO uses pdawin that uses CCFs. NEVO is just not customizable enough
...
