Hi there ,
I noticed that after I replaced the batteries in my Harmony 360 , Every time I push a button , The remote stays glow and I need to manually click GLOW to turn the lights off.
Why is that?

Check the glow options in the software.

I noticed on my HK TC30 it would sometimes do this. I would remove the battery, let it sit a while, then with the battery still removed connect it to my PC and download the config again. Replace the battery and all was good ...
