Purchased used Harmony 1100 and when I try to set it up, it pulls up the previous owners ID and asks for their password. How do I wipe it clean and setup with my ID and password?

Try removing the battery and then, hold the Off button as you insert the battery- hold the button until the screen comes back to life. I haven't used one of those in quite a while, but I set up several and only needed to reset one of them. You can also call their Tech Support for reset info if it's not in the manual.
