I have a theater room with a Harmony 900 controlling everything. I thought it was broken and bought a Harmony Smart Control to replace it. I managed to fix the 900 (base station replaced) so I'd like to use the SC in the family room over the theater room. Will the base stations recognize the different remotes or will I try to change the channel in the family room and control both systems inadvertently? I could just open the box and try it, but if it won't work I'd like to sell the SC as brand new. Thanks for the help!

SC hub and 900 base are fundamentally incompatible.
