I just got the Harmony Ultimate for my media room. I have one light switch on the wall that controls 4 lights. I wanted to see what is need to be able to control the lights from the remote if capable. (ex. dimmer switches with RF??)

If your switch is in line of sight of where you are sitting, you would need a switch that can be controlled by IR.  If not you would need a switch from Insteon, and you would need one of Insteon's IR to RF adapters such as the 2411R.  Check out Smarthome.com

Alternately, Harmony Ultimate can control a Philips Hue system using the Harmony Ultimate Hub. This would involve replacing the 4 lights with ZigBee LightLink (or ZigBee HA)-capable lamps.
