All,
I have been reading many threads about Harmony remotes and Vizio Televisions. My parents got a Harmony 650 for Christmas and already had a Vizio E291i (Smart TV with the Netflix and Amazon buttons) and a Fios HD box. I am trying to set it all up for them. The remote turns on the Fios HD box fine and turned on the TV but then the TV needs time to warm up and it actually turns itself off. I understand it is a power on issue but I am not sure how to get up the remote for this. Once the TV is on the remote works as it is supposed to. The problem is a power on issue with the Vizio TV. Just not sure how to fix this

I have an older Harmony 1100 with Fios and a Mitsubishi TV and never had any of these problems. The software they got with their remote is a lot never then mine.

If anyone can help me with this problem I would certainly appreciate it.

Sounds like you need to increase the Power On delay for the TV, with the 650, this is done on the remote, along with the Inter-Device delay.  Hold the Help button for 5 seconds to get to the Advanced settings area, then select your TV and the Power On delay and increase it.
