Hi All,

Yesterday I bought a new 650 to replace the aging 1100.
Replaced the 650 with the 1100 on the website and all was good....

I went back to tweak a few buttons and the website timed out. Seems I lost 3 of my 7 devices when I was finally able to log back in.

Ok, no worries, right?

Well, as I was adding devices, when I got to 5, I could add no more, despite the package displaying "8 remotes in one."

I thought I could just replace the 650 with the 1100 and start again.
Not today..
Computer won't recognized the 1100.

Suggestions, anyone?

If you are using the same Desktop 7.7 software that your wer using with your 1100, then you are limited to 5 devices, using the MyHarmony app, you can have up to 8 devices.  What you need to do is to install the MyHarmony App, create a new account, then you will have to option to copy the settings from your old 1100 account.  You will lose any custom setting that you have made with the 1100 plus you will lose your favorite channels, but you will be able to copy all 7 of your devices plus any Activities that you created for the 1100
