Is the only difference that the home supports rf? If so what else is there to make the 100 dollar difference?

The Ultime Home can control devices out of line of sight of the remote, such as in a closed cabinet or another Room.  The Ultimate One can only control devices in line of sight of the remote, and does not come with the Hub

If you get the ultimate home can you later get the hub if you need it?
