Hi;
I am very frustrated with my Ultimate and am ready to sell it and move as far away from Logitech as possible.
Here is the issue that keeps happening to me:
I have set up the Ultimate for my simple HT system at a vacation home in FL. Whenever I leave and return a few weeks later the remote does not work properly. For example, an activity named "Netflix" was set up properly on the Logitech site. But last time I was here the remote, which had worked OK, failed to get my Marantz receiver to the "TV-Audio" input. This visit it got the "TV-Audio input but failed to get the Panasonic TV to the "Netflix" option. It played regular TV.
The remote corrected it when I asked it to so that shows it knows what option was programmed.
Other visits had the remote unable to even turn on the TV. So each and every time I return to my FL home the remote fails to either turn on the TV, Netflix, Internet Radio or Pandora.
Am i the only person with these issues? If so let me know. In that case there must be something wrong with my remote. Otherwise Logitech is not owning the issue they created and I paid for...and they won't fix it!
I've had enough of this sad sack remote and am starting to look at alternatives.
Logitech techs won't admit anything is wrong with it. But there is!
DO NOT BUY THE LOGITECH ULTIMATE. IT ISN'T ULTIMATE - FAR FROM IT!!!

I am with you on this one.
I am thinking of getting the Smart Control.

I almost always have my iPad with me at the couch, so looking to having all my favorite channels on one screen.

Logitech seems to have the market on configuring their remotes via a PC, otherwise I would be looking elsewhere.
