I have a Harmony 900. I just bought a Roku3 which isn't in the database and the 900 won't learn any codes. The Roku3 remote is a RF remote. Is that my problem? And if it is, what can I do? And if it isn't, what can I do?

You can't learn commands from the Roku remote as it only sends RF. Add the Roku as a DVD player

The Roku will accept both IR and RF commands, however the remote it comes with is RF only. It should use the same codes as an older Roku I believe so try a Roku 2. I don't know what Harmony has in their database.
