I have a Harmony 900 and all I get is a white screen when I put the battery in it. It will not take any Firmware updates and just get fail when I try. Is this remote screwed or is there a way to fix this issue

i call it the white screen of death! Had two of mine do that and they were replaced by logitech under warranty..
