I am using A Harmony 1100 with my system. I can't seem to get my TV to operate properly. The LCD that I am using is a Sony. It's it the sony discrete codes that I am using or is it in the setup in my TV........... Lol

What do you mean "The LCD that I am using is a Sony"  Give us a little more information as to what exactly is the problem you are having.  You last sentence makes no sense.

The TV is a Sony. I turn the system on and the TV goes on. With all of the other remotes it's easer to input a discrete power on with all of the activities. Is the issue with the TV menu setup or is it the remote programming?

If you don't know what a discrete code is then you shouldn't even be on this site.....

With a Sony TV, there are Discrete power commands in the database, even though your original TV remote only has one power buton to cycle through Power On and Power Off.  In the setup select Devices, your TV, select Settings, select Adjust Power, select I want to turn this TV off when not in use, select One button for On and another button for Off, then for Power On select I don't have the original remote, but I know what he command is then from the drop down list of commands select PowerOn, do the same for Power Off and select PowerOff command from the list of commands, when you are done be sure you Update your remote.
