Hi,

I have an RTI RCM-12 IR Relay module that I need to control with a Harmony Ultimate. I had someone lend me an RTI TC2 remote with the relay controls programmed in, however when I try to teach them to the Ultimate it doesn't take. I have tried pulsing and holding the buttons down. I thought the RTI might have too strong of an IR signal, so I tried holding the RTI remote 6 feet away and gradually coming in closer.

No cigar...any thoughts?

Alternatively if there is a way to program the codes directly in that would be tops.

Are you sure the RTI is set to transmit IR?
