Does anyone know how to download from an 1100? Its a long sad story, but here I am. If I update the remote, my program, that I've spent way, way too much time on, will be lost. I changed a device name and can't go back. This reset all my activity macros. But, the remote still has its program, but I can no longer make any changes unless I want to make a lot of changes.

Help, anyone.

I don't believe that. Now it may not be worth it, but is possible. Logitech is declaring just like Apple, its impossible to download a MP3 from your iPod, and its impossible to download the program from your remote. If I have the protocols and the pin out, I could do it.

Well, you can believe what you want, but it is still not possible.  I have been using Harmony remotes since 2007, and have been beta testing their remotes since 2009, and it is not possible to transfer setting from your remote to Logitech's servers.
