My brother bought a Harmony One maybe 2 years ago and I helped program it for him. Now he says the volume controls aren't responding right so he thought he would try syncing his remote but for some reason it won't sync.
After researching the problem I had him try several things including Safe Mode but it still won't sync (using 7.7 software).
Any ideas why it won't sync and is it just as likely to be a faulty volume button as a software problem with it acting up?
Any ideas?
