i have a Harmony One and using it with Directv HR24 receiver. the only lag i notice is when scrolling the guide. everything else is fine. i figured it was the receiver till i decided to try the original remote and found out it's not the receiver. which delay settings should i tweak? thanks!

this is frustrating - i tried the inter-key delay at zero. no change. i then read an old post about repeating so i change that from 3 to 0 - still no good. i then relearned the left right direction but again no better. the remote itself seems fine with other devices. any ideas?

am i missing a setting here? i can't understand why the OEM remote flies thru the channel guide and the Harmony doesn't. I did test harmony with other device menus and it works just fine, yet i navigates (left/right) directv guide extremely slow... in spite of my above attempts. any ideas??

Try decreasing both the Inter-Device and Inter-Key delays to the same value in case the "criss-crossed" and/or "added together" bug(s) is/are still present.

thanks so much for the tip- i did that but i also found what the cause of the delay was. while i made the above changes on the delay settings i never looked at the activity itself - only the device. however, i just looked over the activity settings and realized i previously had set up a sequence for the directionals - using L/R for both directv and my television itself. i removed the sequence and now it works fine! this was driving me crazy!! i appreciate you jumping in!
