Our Harmony 1000 that we've had for nearly 6 years appears to have died earlier this evening.
As the 1000 is no longer widely available, I'm considering a switch to the 1100 instead.
Does anybody have experience with such a switch and in particular, will I be able to easily transfer my devices/activities to the 1100? I'll be using it with an RF extender that we already have as every piece of equipment (bar the screen) is inside a cabinet.

Answering my own post here.
After speaking with Logitech Support apparently it is not possible which is pretty disappointing.
However on the plus side, the support agent gave me a code for 50% off a 1100 from their online store so I've been able to order a new replacement for a respectable price. Now I just have to wait for the new unit to turn up and then go through the "joy" of reprogramming it.

Hope you don't have any sequences (macros) in your H1000 programming. To my shock when I got my 1100, keyed sequences are not supported on the H1100. Going backwards instead of forward.
