I have the hex commands for discrete power codes for the SiriusXM Lynx radio. They are 0x13 and 0x14. How do I submit these to Logitech to be included in the list of codes for the unit? The current power command in their database isn't working, and is a toggle rather than discrete.

Often if you "teach" the Harmony remote the new commands, the Harmony database picks them up and includes them. Remember, all the commands in the Harmony database came from 'users" and their OEM remotes.
