Hi, Long time lurker here.

My Logitech Harmony 720 is not recognized when I connect it to any computer by USB (windows, mac, different cables). The 720 shows "USB CONNECTED". I've tried starting it in safe mode, but it's still not recognized.

Is it shot or is there something I can do?   I've seen this problem present itself to others, but no resolution.
