I have a Harmony 650 remote. My Harmony remote turns on my PS3 after pressing the help button if I programmed my remote using the myharmony online setup. However it doesn't give me that problem if I program the remote using the downloadable software from Logitech. Is there a way to fix this problem when I use the myharmony online setup instead of the downloadable software? Reason why I want to use the online setup instead of the downloadable software to setup my remote is because the online setup appears to reduce the sensitivity of my remotes input interaction with my PS3. I found it too sensitive with my PS3 using the downloadable software to setup my remote, button presses would sometimes double up on my PS3.

Under the down-loadable software, try decreasing the "number of repeats" (now nameless) under Device > Troubleshoot > Device (PS3) responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally.
