I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the phone was answered and how good the support was.
I went back and forth between using the on line software and v7.7.0, and this somehow resulted in my getting multiple accounts, the most recent of which was completely blank. I could've fixed things by re-entering everything, but instead, Logitech examined my accounts, recogized the good one and deleted the others.
