From the software of the Harmony One you can customize the hard buttons on the remote. What's interesting is that the "LAST" button (button next to the MUTE button with a U-turn arrow symbol) is not even shown in the software. The "LAST" button is used by my DVR (ATT U-Verse) to switch from the channel I am currently watching to the last channel I was watching. However in Menu mode, this LAST button is disabled, hence I would like to assign it as a "BACK" button when in this mode. BACK is one of the commands you can assign to a button as it is one of the choices in the list on the next column but since the LAST button is not even shown how can I make this work?

In the Harmony Software, the button is called "Back" on my H680, and is called "Prev" on my H659. I will let someone else with an H1 tell you what it is called on the H1.
