I recently took advantage of Logitech's 50% off offer and purchased the Harmony One remote because my old 880 has been getting less and less responsive. Some of the buttons, mainly the volume, don't work or don't respond like they used to.

So now that I have the new remote, I don't know what to do with the old one. I don't really want to just throw it away. Seems like such a waste. I don't think I can sell it for too much because it needs some TLC.

Anyone have any suggestions? Is there anyone out there that buys these things to refurb them and re-sell them? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Offer it on Ebay to sell for parts, I don't know of anyone that refurbishes them, Harmony certainly doesn't

Just curious, how long did that 880 last till it started developing problems?

The volume up button as been acting up for at least a year now. I've had the remote for about 4 years now.
