I've got the latest software version 7.7.0
I've uninstalled the application and re-installed it with the same results. When I go show "Show Status" the box just stays empty and won't update.
I've logged out and logged back in with the same results.
Ideas?

Oh, and this is on a Mac running OSX Lion.

And I just tried updating it via another laptop with the same results. It just sits there and says press any button on the remote to wake it up.
