Is it possible generally to pull a configuration off a remote that has been previously programmed by another party? No login information is known for that person.

Not sure of the model yet, but I am pretty sure its a handheld (880 or less). Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks, but I think all this tells me is that I can recover a login or password by answering security questions (which I dont know) or I can default the device to factory (which I dont want to do).

I need to know if anyone knows if I can "unload" the configuration to see the way it was configured WITHOUT knowing the original installers login details..

By the way, it is a Harmony 890.

i figured if you go to the point where it asked questions that maybe the old installer made them obvious enough to guess at them.
