i AM NOT A PRO BY ANY MEANS ,BUT i HAVE A 610 WITH Phillips tv and when switching activities ,for instance from watching tv to watching a movie,it takes almost a minute,When I called tech ssupport they said it was because the way my tv switches inputs .You have to press input scroll down then hit ok which the remote does but it is taking forever .Is there a way to speed this up

Reduce the inter-device and inter-key delay for the TV.

Go to the configuration software, select Devices, then select the TV device and there should be options for changing the delays. Or use the troubleshooting feature and say that it takes too long to respond to commands.
