I just purchased the harmony 890, and have leviton vizia rf+ zwave (VRI06-1L) switches. There are 4 switches in the same in-wall box. I do have a controller in another room that also control these switches along with the VRCPG programmer/controller remote.

I connected my harmony 890 to the computer selected zwave on the site, it loaded what ever it does and I followed the directions. When I go up to the switches the 890 tells me to push the button on the device for 1 sec. I do and it comes back to tell me it cannot add the device.

I have also tried to learn the command from the remote, and no success (including raw).

Please can someone help me?

What kind of commands are you trying to learn? You cannot learn RF, only IR. Are you using the regular 890 or the 890 Pro?
