I sold my Harmony 1000 to a friend. I'd like to reset it so that my settings are not present on it when I give it to him.
I installed my new Harmony 1100 today...so I'm set to go. Please tell me how to reset.

no way to "reset" the remote per se. you can however erase the settings on it by flashing the firmware.

login to your harmony 1000 account. click downloads, then click firmware. only update the firmware, do not update the remote settings when prompted.

alternately, your friend can just create another account and go about his business; once he updates the remote from his new account, all your settings will be gone.
