I just spent 5 hours trying to get a Mitsubishi LCD go on, and select an input. Seems like a simple task. But it wasn't. I found that the Harmony files for the WD-73835 work best for any LCD or DLP that Mitsubishi makes and the delays are as follows.
POWER ON DELAY 18000ms
INTERKEY DELAY 500ms
INPUT DELAY 8000ms
INTER-DEVICE DELAY 500ms
Believe me this was an all morning task. But, they work perfectly.
