I just got the 520 two days ago and I really like it!! But it seems I have Upgrade Fever and while I don't want to spend the $$ for a 6xx model, the small increase in price from my 520 to the 550 may be well spent. Right??
Should I stick with what I have or spend the extra $20 or so to get a few more buttons and (I think) a rubberized back???

That's your choice; do you want a few extra buttons and a rubberized back? Otherwise, all the Harmony remotes do essentially the same thing. If the difference in price was only a matter of a few dollars, I know I would get the 550 instead, but if it's double the price then why bother?
