If not, it may be a problem with your Harmony One learning
port. If you are still within your 60 days for phone support,
call Harmony support and speak to level 2 support regarding
this problem ASAP.
The Harmony One learning port is very sensitive. Initially,
there seemed to be some production and/or parts problems;
most problems now seem to have been resolved for the most
part. Sometimes it's some unexpected interference in the
room you are in (light or electromagnetic). Extend the
USB cable of your Harmony remote as far away from your
computer as possible. Cover the area between your original
remote and Harmony remote with a cloth, especially if
you are using a CRT monitor or TV in the same room. If
you have a laptop, move the computer to a different room
and try learning the commands there.
