I have been trying to set up my favorites list with channel icons. I have two activities set up for watching TV. One for Satellite and one for Antenna. When I hit the media button on my 880 when in the Antenna mode, I get the favorites, but when I hit the media button on my Satellite activity, I get no action.
I understand that the favorites work on the TV function, but is it only on one activity? I have tried naming and renaming both activities, but no joy.
I would appreciate some ideas.

did you set up the favorites under both activities? favorites are specific to an activity.

Yes, I set up favorites for both activities, both a little different, but should be there just the same...

I believe each activity has an option as to what happens with the Media button (but not 100% sure). Check activity options again.

I'll take a look, but I think I already looked through the button and advance button lists and didn't see "media" listed. Unfortunately that doesn't mean I didn't miss it.

It's not in the button lists - if it exists it's an Activity option.

Still no luck finding a way to program the media button - Any further ideas?

You can program the Media Button to display your Favorites.
It is NOT called Media button in the programming software.
It can be programmed for TV watching activities only.
Go to Activities, Select the 'TV watching activity', then go to Settings.
Select : Set Up Favorite Channels and add icons.
Program the Favorites there.
The Media button will then display your favorites after you have updated the remote.
The Favorites will reflect what you have programmed for each activity.
