Has anyone successfully trained a Harmony One remote teaching it commands from an Onkyo Integra remote with a specific Unit ID? I have two Onkyo DTM-5.3's each using a different Unit ID so i can control them separately. My Xantech SPLCD39 learned the code but my Harmony One will not. Any suggestions?

specifically what kind of trouble are you having? does the harmony not learn any commands? or does it learn commands but not control your device?

The Harmony says that it learned the key but then when I test it doesn't work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

FYI, sometimes the Harmony software says the command was learned but it is not learned properly. The Harmony software tries to match the command you learn to something in the database, sometimes it can also match your command incorrectly depending on the signal that was learned. You may need to relearn it a couple times or try learning in RAW as suggested by akirby. If RAW works but not perfectly, then Harmony support can adjust it for you.

That is the case. The Raw command works but not perfectly. I'll update my case with Logitech because I would like to switch Unit ID's on the main reciever since my Xantech SPLCD39 couldn't learn the Volume Down command from the remote. Many thanks for your suggestions.

You should also try the "Confirm IR commands" (under Device > Settings) with the original remote set to another Unit ID to see if it can find an alternate IR dataset already in the database.

I just tried the "Confirm IR Commands" option. Onkyo's remote doesn't have a PwrToggle or Input button but it does have a "1" button which is the third possible button to check. When I pressed that one, it said that it was already programmed but it didn't work. I updated my case with Logitech so I hope they can see what is going on. So far, their support has been pretty darn good.

When it ask for a PwrToggle and you don't have it, just send the closest one you have like PowerOn or PowerOff. Same goes with input. It's just trying to find a better dataset match with 3 commands.
