Client was sold a 520. Remote is not programmed properly. Seller has gone bye-bye.

Anyone have a spare cable so I might be able to help this client out (doing a favor)?

Thx....

It's just a regular USB cable that can be purchased anywhere.

Yes, just a regular mini USB cable (same as one for your Blackberry or many other cell phones, digital cameras, etc). Check your dollar store (Radio Shack might charge you $10 or so). You can also contact Harmony, they should be able to send you a replacement cable free of charge.

I don't believe Harmony will just give you one for free. It's the same cable that is used with most digital cameras. It's also the same cable that is used to charge the PS3 controller.
