Do you remember when the Harmony 1000 came out? Maybe not? It was half baked, not ready for release. It seems Harmony marketing or the executives wanted to make it in time for Christmas retail season so they cut corners with development and QA. RF implementation was delayed, and eventually z-wave support was eliminated so the 1000 only worked with the RF extender. Since then, people have had mixed feelings about the remote.

Will it be better? One can only hope. I'm not going to hold my breath, let the early adopter guinea pigs tell us how it works!
