I have no idea what you're trying to do. Please be more specific (what is each component connected to).

Basically, you add each of your devices (the PS3 will require an IR capable remote add-on), then you create activities for different device combinations (watch a DVD, play a videogame on PS3, play a videogame on xbox360, watch TV). When you select an activity the harmony will turn on the devices and set the inputs and your buttons can be customized to control volume, channels, transport, etc. as needed for each activity.

Many devices support discrete input selection even if the commands are not on the original remote. Try all the "Inputxxx" commands in device mode for your Samsung TV paying attention to their behaviour (toggle/cycling vs discrete action). If your TV supports the discrete commands, then reconfigure the Device Adjust inputs to use Method 2 (discrete method).

First you need to create a Play Game activity, use the Manual method verses the Automatic method. It will ask you what devices are needed for your Activity and what input your Samsung TV needs to be on. Once that is done, you select your Play Game Activity and with the press of one button, your TV will turn on, and be set on the correct input, you AV receiver will turn on (if included) and be set to the correct input, your Xbox will turn on (if you have the IR adapter, and you will be ready to play your game

Yes, just click "Add Activity" (in the Client Software interface).
