Has anybody tried using a Harmony remote with a Carada Masquerade? I was able to get the Harmony to learn the four commands from the Masquerade remote. The 16:9 and 2.35:1 presets work perfectly. My problem is trying to get the Harmony to "jog" open or closed at varying intervals. Is there a way to change fixed-duration IR signal that the Harmony sends, preferably shorter bursts for the smallest increments? I don't mind if I have to create different "jog" buttons for different distances/intervals.

Thanks.

Try reducing the "number of repeats" (now nameless) under Device > Troubleshoot > Device responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally.

Thanks, jlet. I'll try your suggestion when I get home.

if you had to learn the commands, the signals learned may need adjusting. if adjusting repeats doesn't work, call harmony support to see what they can tell you about your learned commands (if they are learned in RAW format and did not match to some already existing keycode in the harmony database, or even if they are matching something, the commands might need some adjustment)

Tried different values in the Troubleshoot suggestion from jlet and the jogging increments are still too long for my liking (even at 0 value). I think I will have to call Harmony support as you suggest, xpat.

I'll post back with any developments. Thanks.
