Downloaded sw to pc. Connected usb to 890 and pc, connection ok. Started sw and now it's hung up on one screen for the past thirty minutes. Screen shows: Step 1 of 5 Checking for update
2% complete
Also has the text saying "It is important to keep your Harmony Remote connected during this process". I don't want to disconnect and possibly have that trash my new remote. I've checked and the internet connection is working fine, I can browse at normal speeds. Can't get the installation to progress.
Please help.

Shut down the app and restarted it. It ran fine after that.
