I just opened my 890 and read the brief setup pamphlet. Maybe I'll see the answer to this when I start the actual software install. It says that each of the four IR emitters will handle two devices. How does that work? I have six devices I'd like to control. If two of the dvd players are stacked, would I somehow place one of the emitters out in fron of those so it could transmit to both? I'm not clear on how this works.

The RF Extender has four outputs marked 1 - 4. Each emitter cable has 2 flashers, so 4 emitter cables will allow you to control 8 devices. All you have to do is attach one flasher to each device, and make sure you assign the devices to the proper RF outputs via the software.

There are only 2 types of people in the world....those I like, and those I don't. Remember, the only reason some people are alive is because it's illegal to shoot them. |

Thanks. I hadn't unwrapped the emitters yet, so I thought there was just one for each of the four lines. As soon as I read your post I unwrapped one and there are two per. Now I have another issue that I'll post as a new thread.
