I don't see a way for my Harmony 550 to select a source of input (e.g., TV, DVD Player, etc.). It can go to the source screen and that's where it gets hung up. Without the Harmony, just using my Samsung HDTV remote doing this manually, I select the "Source" button on the Samsung remote, then I use the Samsung remote's up-arrow or down-arrow to navigate to a source I want, then I press the Samsung remote's "Select" button to make the source screen go away. The Harmony should be able to get to the Source screen, but then what? It takes a human looking at the screen to know how many up-arrow pushes or how many down-arrow pushes are necessary to get to your desired source from the source you are at at that moment. Because there are no buttons on the Samsung remote dedicated to specific sources, there is no single IR signal that can directly select a particular source. The Samsung remote does not select a source by name. Logically, I see no way for the Harmony 550 remote to select the source input on a Samsung TV.

Does anyone have any suggests or experience that would help me around this?

See my response it to the same question you asked in the Logitech forum
