I have purchased the 890 with the extender. I have programmed both the remote and extender on the web as instructed. The remote is charged up. I have plugged the extender in to electrical outlet. The extender does not seem to receive any signal from the remote.

Also, in the setup process I assigned all components to be controlled by the rf extender.

Can anyone help explain to me what I am doing wrong.
