Hi,
I am trying to find out if there are discreet codes for dish dvr 612 for the Harmony 659 remote. I am having inconsistent/weak signal to dvr. I am using a niles lcd/plasma friendly eye and the remote controls an integra receiver and dvd player fine, but not the dvr. I thought discreet codes might solve the problem. Harmony tech support was of little help after an hour with them. Any help would be very appreciated.

Did you try all the commands in device mode to check their behaviour (toggle, cycling or discrete action)?
In the database for the Dish Network VIP-612 DVR device, I see four discrete input command names: InputAux, InputSat, InputTv, InputVcr. If these are discrete commands and behave properly, then change the Device Adjust Inputs configuration to use Method 2 (discrete method), instead of the default cycling Method 1.
