Howdy all, My remote has sound and picture buttons on the bottom left. They don't appear in software version 7.5. Anyone know why, or how to program these buttons? Thanks, Jack

If it's like the 6xx series, then under Activity Customize Buttons, select Picture or Sound Button (instead of the "Activity"default) from the drop-down menu tab on the top/left. Note: You can also access it from the Device Customize Buttons (Devices > Settings > Customize Buttons), but the Sound/Picture configuration will be global rather than activity specific.

Thanks jlet, I had found the fix, but didn't know it was global. That makes those two buttons worth their weight in gold. Is there a way to make a and b global? (or any button).

Yes within the Sound/Picture configuration but not for the Activity configuration. Way back, an activity button configuration for a device used to propagate to all activities using that device with the same function, but people complained and Harmony changed that.
