Hi, My H1 doesn't have a command to set my Harmon Kardon AVR 500RDS AV receiver to tuner (I have tried every command the 'devices' originally set up under 'default' on the H1 software screen). So I used the 'Learn Command RAW' in the software, and it said "key detected", but when I use the remote, the new command does nothing.

The tuner command on the original remote turns the AVR on and sets it to tuner (if it is off), or changes the setting to tuner if it is on and set to another input.

All other commands for the AVR work perfectly!

I called Harmony support, but they didn't seem to know what to do about this situation, just told me again and again to use "learn Raw".

Any help much appreciated.

Did you learn the command in Device mode? If you did , did you map that command over either to a Hard button or to the LCD in the Activity that the device is used in?

Hi Rehaz1, I learnt it in device mode, and tried to map it to both a hard button and an activity. Neither worked.

When you teach a command in RAW mode, it should ask you to repeat it to confirm it. If it did not ask, then it probably used an existing command in the database (as in regular mode). Make sure RAW mode was selected.
