Hi,
I just got a Harmony 1000. When I first set it up, I set up my DVR (Dishnetwork VIP622). There were several grayed out buttons, and I was able to program them with custom commands (like "DVR" and PIP).
Then I set up my Xbox 360. I wanted to move around some of the buttons like I did on the VIP622 setup but the screen for adjusting buttons is GONE. I can't assign any commands, and even though the custom setup I did for the DVR is still on my remote, I can't get back to that screen in the software either.
What happened??

never mind. I found it.
getting there was a little convoluted, but I had to troubleshoot the ACTIVITY rather than the component and that got me to the screen where I could reassign buttons.
All better now.
